摘要
化风丹是经典民族医药制剂,临床上常用于治疗风痰闭阻引发的中风、面神经麻痹、癫痫等病症,但目前其临床应用尚缺乏基于循证证据的规范化用药指导。鉴于此,本文牵头组织全国多所医院的中医、中西医结合、西医临床专家,以及药学与方法学领域专家,通过问卷调查等方式,依据PICO原则梳理界定核心临床问题,同时结合证据评价与GRADE系统分级等方法,最终形成专家共识。该共识包含5项推荐意见与8项共识建议,明确化风丹的适应证、对应中医证型、用法、用量、联合用药方案及安全性注意事项等核心内容,旨在为全国各级医院及基层卫生服务机构的中医、西医、中西医结合专业临床医师,提供化风丹合理规范用药的参考依据,进而提升临床疗效,保障用药安全。
Huafeng Dan is a classic ethnic medicinal preparation,which is clinically used for the treatment of stroke,facial nerve paralysis,epilepsy and other diseases caused by wind-phlegm obstruction.However,standardized medication guidance based on evidence-based evidence is currently lacking in its clinical application.In view of this,this paper took the lead in organizing experts specializing in traditional Chinese medicine,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and western medicine from many hospitals nationwide,as well as experts in pharmacy and methodology.Core clinical issues were sorted out and defined in accordance with the PICO principle through questionnaires and other methods,and an expert consensus was finally formed by combining evidence evaluation and GRADE system grading.This consensus includes five recommendations and eight consensus suggestions,clarifying the core contents such as the indications,corresponding traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types,usage and dosage,combined medication schemes,and safety precautions of Huafeng Dan.It is intended to provide a reference for clinicians specializing in traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in hospitals at all levels and primary health care institutions nationwide for the rational and standardized use of Huafeng Dan,so as to improve clinical efficacy and ensure medication safety.
