摘要
随着生物材料、生物医学工程新技术的快速发展,为创面修复的研究和应用水平的全面升级提供了有力的支持,再生医学与组织工程的研究,致力于优化人工细胞外基质的性能、实现干细胞的高效体外扩增,从而改善组织构建的条件,旨在通过模拟理想的细胞外基质与优化细胞功能,为组织修复与再生创造有利的微环境。基于此,本文主要从炎症调控、血管重建、细胞增殖、药物载体等方面对外泌体在创面中的应用研究进展进行综述。
With the rapid development of biomaterials and new technologies in biomedical engineering,strong support has been provided for the comprehensive upgrade of research and application levels in wound repair.Research in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering aims to optimize the performance of artificial extracellular matrices and achieve efficient ex vivo expansion of stem cells,thereby improving the conditions for tissue construction.The goal is to create a favorable microenvironment for tissue repair and regeneration by simulating an ideal extracellular matrix and optimizing cell function.Based on this,this paper mainly reviews the research progress of exosomes in wound applications from the aspects of inflammation regulation,vascular reconstruction,cel l proliferation,and drug delivery.
