摘要
针对固井水泥环在后期射孔、压裂等作业中易形成微裂缝、微间隙,导致井筒密封完整性失效,引发环空油气窜问题,通过自由基悬浮聚合法合成了烃敏自修复材料SH-1,制备了自修复水泥浆,评价了其水泥浆性能及自修复效果。结果表明:SH-1的加入可提高水泥石的弹韧性,对水泥浆稠化性能无不良影响。对自修复性能评价发现,SH-1能快速响应油气环境微裂缝:加量5%时,水泥石渗透率在28天内从4.15 mD降至0.72 mD,抗压强度恢复率达93.6%,综合性能与成本,推荐SH-1最优加量为5%。研究为提升油气井长期密封完整性提供了解决方案。
Micro-annuli and micro-cracks generated in set cement during subsequent perforation and hydraulic-fracturing operations can destroy zonal isolation and trigger sustained casing pressure.A hydrocarbon-sensitive self-healing additive,SH-1,was synthesized via free-radical suspension polymerization and incorporated into oil-well cement slurry.The slurry properties and self-healing performance were systematically evaluated.Results show that SH-1 increases the elastic toughness of the hardened cement without adversely affecting the thickening time of the slurry.When exposed to a hydrocarbon environment,SH-1 rapidly responds to micro-cracks:at an optimum dosage of 5%(by weight of cement,BWOC),the permeability of the cement stone decreased from 4.15 mD to 0.72 mD within 28 days,and the compressive-strength recovery ratio reached 93.6%.Considering comprehensive performance and cost,5%BWOC is recommended as the optimal concentration.The study provides a practical solution for improving the long-term sealing integrity of oil and gas wells.
