摘要
诺维梭菌(Clostridium novyi,C.novyi)是一种广泛存在于自然界中的条件性致病菌,主要感染牛、羊,引起传染性坏死性肝炎(黑疫)、败血症、气性坏疽等一系列急性病症,严重影响了全球畜牧养殖业的发展。本文对B型诺维梭菌(Clostridium novyi type B,C.novyi type B)致病机理和防治技术进行综述,并对其相关疫苗的原理及优劣进行比较分析,旨在为B型诺维俊菌的致病机制研究和防控实践提供基础支撑和思路启发。
Clostridium novyi is an opportunistic pathogen widely distributed in nature,primarily infects cattle and sheep,causing a range of acute diseases such as infectious necrotic hepatitis(black disease),septicemia,and gas gangrene,which severely hindered the development of global livestock industries.This review systematically summarizes the pathogenic mechanisms and prevention and control techniques of Clostridium novyi type B,and conducts a comparative evaluation of the principles,advantages,and limitations of associated vaccines.The analysis aims to provide both theoretical foundations and methodological insights for advancing mechanistic studies and optimizing prevention practices against Clostridium novyi type B infections.
