摘要
大学生科研作为国家创新型人才培养的重要途径,已成为普通高等教育界的广泛共识,高校教师在大学生科研中的有效介入与指导日显重要,但其作用常被简化为大学生科研项目申报立项的辅导,从而制约了大学生科研的实际成效。这一问题的根源在于学界对大学生科研自主选题的生成路径缺乏清晰认知。通过分析课题组十余年指导大学生创新训练项目的实践案例,揭示大学生科研自主选题实则源于专业启发、作业升华、生活体验、时事响应及兴趣驱动等多维路径。基于此,通过构建“日常引导→模拟训练→申报诊断→立项检视—结项复盘”的全过程闭环指导体系,将高校教师的介入指导深度嵌入大学生学习生活日常的具体场域,方能形成有效的大学生科研指导机制,推动大学生科研高质量发展及创新型人才的培养。
With undergraduate research being widely recognized as a crucial pathway for cultivating innovative talents in higher education,the effective involvement and guidance of university instructors have become increasingly important.However,their role is often reduced to assisting with project proposal submission and approval,which constrains the actual effectiveness of undergraduate research.The root of this issue lies in the academic communitys lack of a clear understanding of how students generate their own research topics.By analyzing over a decade of practical cases from supervising student innovation training programs,this study reveals that the formation of self-generated research topics in undergraduate research actually stems from multiple pathways,including disciplinary inspiration,elevation of coursework,life experiences,response to current affairs,and interest-driven motivation.Based on these findings,this study proposes a closed-loop guidance system covering the entire process—from“daily guidance and simulated training to proposal diagnosis,project review,and final evaluation”—should be established.This system integrates instructors’guidance deeply into the specific contexts of students’daily academic lives,thereby forming an effective mechanism for guiding undergraduate research,promoting its high-quality development,and fostering the cultivation of innovative talents.
