摘要
克里斯蒂安·福克斯数字劳动理论因对马克思主义劳动价值论的重构而持续引发学界实质性争议。然而,既有研究未能系统解析该理论的内在生成逻辑,亦未能充分回应其现实解释力度衰减的问题。现将对福克斯数字劳动理论关键名词的生成逻辑进行系统梳理,采用“理论-现实”双维困境模型,结合批判性文本分析,揭示该理论的内在缺陷和现实问题。在理论层面上,福克斯数字劳动批判理论因劳动概念泛化导致理论矛盾;在实践层面上,数字技术发展带来一系列现实挑战,算法驯化正在取代自愿劳动,从而加剧剥削。因此,全面评估福克斯的数字劳动理论、分析其理论的双重困境对于深化数字劳动理论研究、推动数字劳动理论本土化具有重要意义。
Christian Fuchs’theory of digital labour has generated sustained academic debate due to its reinterpretation of the Marxist labor theory of value.However,existing studies have yet to systematically examine the internal generative logic of this theory or address the diminishing explanatory power it exhibits in practice.This study reconstructs the conceptual evolution of key terms in Fuchs’framework by employing a theoretical-reality dual-dilemma model,combined with critical textual analysis,to identify both its inherent theoretical contradictions and its limitations in addressing practical realities.At the theoretical level,the overextension of the concept of“labor”in Fuchs’critique of digital labour leads to internal inconsistencies.At the practical level,emerging challenges brought about by digital technological developments—such as algorithmic domestication—are gradually replacing forms of“voluntary labour”and intensifying exploitation.Therefore,a comprehensive evaluation of Fuchs’digital labour theory and an analysis of its dual dilemmas are essential for advancing research on digital labour theory and facilitating its localization in diverse contexts.
