某低品位金氰化尾渣的空白焙烧—炭浸工艺研究

摘要 研究了采用空白焙烧—炭浸工艺从某低品位金氰化尾渣中提取金,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、“金蝉”选矿剂用量、浸出时间和液固体积质量比对金浸出率的影响,且在小型试验基础上进行了扩大试验。结果表明:焙烧优化工艺参数为焙烧温度550℃、焙烧时间20min;炭浸优化工艺参数为“金蝉”选矿剂用量500g/t、浸出时间12h、矿浆pH=12、底炭密度15g/L、液固体积质量比2∶1;在优化的焙烧—炭浸工艺条件下,Au浸出率可达60%以上,比氰化浸出渣在未焙烧下直接用“金蝉”浸出所得金浸出率有明显提升;回转窑焙烧扩大试验连续作业时,每个焙砂流程样中Au品位及相应的浸出渣中Au品位波动均不大,相应的Au浸出率在59.79%~62.11%之间,连续作业指标稳定。该法可为低品位金氰化尾渣中金的回收提供技术参考。 Blank roasting-carbon leaching process was used to extract gold from low-grade gold cyanide tailings in a certain place.The effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,dosage of′Jinchan′mineral processing agent,leaching time and liquid volume to solid mass ratio on gold leaching rate were investigated.On the basis of small-scale experiments,an expanded experiment was carried out.The results show that the optimal roasting process parameters are roasting temperature of 550℃and roasting time of 20 min.The optimum carbon leaching process parameters are as follows:dosage of′Jinchan′mineral processing agent is 500g/t,leaching time is 12h,pulp pH is 12,bottom carbon density is 15g/L,and liquid volume to solid mass ratio is 2∶1.Under the optimized roasting-carben leaching process parameters,Au leaching rate can reach more than 60%,which is significantly higher than the gold leaching rate obtained by direct leaching of cyanidation leaching residue without roasting.During the continuous operation of the rotary kiln roasting expansion test,the Au grade in each calcine process sample and the corresponding Au grade in the leaching residue fluctuate little,and the corresponding Au leaching rate is between 59.79%and 62.11%,and the continuous operation index is stable.The method can provide a technical reference for the recovery of gold from low-grade gold cyanide tailings.
