摘要
针对发动机前端传动系统在怠速及低速工况下易出现异响的问题,围绕系统参数匹配与异响抑制机理开展研究。通过分析前端传动系统的组成结构、动力学特性及异响形成过程,明确皮带张力、张紧器特性和附件转动惯量等关键参数对系统动态稳定性的影响路径。基于此,系统梳理了基于参数优化和结构功能件改进的异响抑制方法,并对不同技术路线的抑制效果进行对比分析。研究结果表明,合理的参数匹配可有效降低张力波动与皮带滑移风险,结合解耦装置或高性能张紧器可进一步改善前端传动系统的运行稳定性与声学性能。
Aiming at the problem that the engine front-end transmission system is prone to abnormal noise under idle and low speed conditions,the system parameter matching and abnormal noise suppression mechanism are studied.By analyzing the composition structure,dynamic characteristics and abnormal noise formation process of the front-end transmission system,the influence path of key parameters such as belt tension,tensioner characteristics and accessory rotational inertia on the dynamic stability of the system is clarified.Based on this,the abnormal noise suppression methods based on parameter optimization and structural functional parts improvement are systematically combed,and the suppression effects of different technical routes are compared and analyzed.The results show that reasonable parameter matching can effectively reduce the risk of tension fluctuation and belt slip,and the operation stability and acoustic performance of the front-end transmission system can be further improved by combining the decoupling device or high-performance tensioner.
