劳动教育视角下水稻种植类研学课程的实施与改进

Implementation and Improvement of Rice Planting Research and Study Courses from the Perspective of Labor Education

摘要 劳动教育与研学旅行融合是新时代教育改革的重要实践,水稻种植类研学课程却因认知偏差、同质化等问题制约育人效果。研究通过构建课程体系与评价框架,提升其劳动教育实效。研究通过分析六大制约因素,设计涵盖育苗至治苗的模块化课程,融入“水稻+”主题内容,并建立“过程+结果”和“量化+质性”的立体评价体系。结果显示,实践技能平均85分,劳动态度和实践技能达标率分别为100%、98%。知识掌握得分在76分至89分,进阶技能得分为78分,生长周期认知达标率达96.4%。研究表明,课程有效实现劳动教育与素养培育目标,但需强化跨学科思维引导以提升思维发展维度表现。 The integration of labor education and study tours is an important practice of education reform in the new era.However,rice cultivation study courses are limited in their educational effectiveness due to cognitive biases,homogenization,and other issues.The research aims to enhance the effectiveness of labor education by constructing a curriculum system and evaluation framework.By analyzing six major limiting factors,a modular course covering seedling cultivation to seedling treatment was designed,incorporating the theme of"rice+",and establishing a three-dimensional evaluation system of"process+result"and"quantification+quality".The results showed that the average score for practical skills was 85,and the compliance rates for labor attitude and practical skills were 100%and 98%,respectively.The score for knowledge mastery ranges from 76 to 89 points,the score for advanced skills is 78 points,and the cognitive achievement rate for the growth cycle is 96.4%.Research has shown that the curriculum effectively achieves the goals of labor education and literacy cultivation,but interdisciplinary thinking guidance needs to be strengthened to enhance the performance of thinking development dimensions.
