车辆钣金工艺分析与手工成形技术优化

摘要 通过车辆典型钣金零件分析成形原理,介绍残余应力对钣金零件成形的不利影响。从材料成份、变形温度、变形速度和应力状态等不同角度分析了板材塑性变形的影响因素。以车辆覆盖件生产制造典型工艺为主线,对剪裁、弯曲、翻边、拉形等工艺进行分析,通过钣金工艺分析,对车辆钣金修复过程中钣金手工成形工艺进行了技术优化。通过工艺分析和技术优化为行业企业提供技术借鉴,并为汽车院校师生的教学提供一定参考。 This article analyzes the forming principle of typical vehicle sheet metal parts and introduces the adverse effects of residual stress on the forming of sheet metal parts.The influencing factors of plastic deformation of plates were analyzed from different perspectives such as material composition,deformation temperature,deformation speed and stress state.Taking the typical manufacturing processes of vehicle body panels as the main line,this paper analyzes the processes such as cutting,bending,flanging and drawing.Through the analysis of sheet metal processes,the technical optimization of the manual forming process of sheet metal in the vehicle sheet metal repair process is carried out.Through process analysis and technical optimization,it provides technical references for industry enterprises and offers certain references for the teaching of teachers and students in automotive colleges and universities.
