动力换向拖拉机传动系热平衡优化改进

Optimization and Improvement of Thermal Balance in Tractor Transmission System

摘要 某品牌117.6 k W的拖拉机最高车速挡时,传动系无法保持热平衡。主要工作挡和最大牵引功率挡,Tmax不满足设计要求(≥40℃)。底盘散热器进出口温差值为1.8~2.6℃,温差值较小。首先进行临时改制,通过粘贴挡板的方式减小水箱和中冷器之间的间隙,使更多的风从前部的底盘散热器通过。首次改进后,最高车速挡传动系达到热平衡,三个挡位Tmax和底盘散热器进出口温差(6.1~7.3℃),相比原设计有明显改善。兼顾传动系热平衡和发动机热平衡,采用一体式水箱重新布置,底盘散热器直接挨着水箱,离风扇更近,风量更足。采用新结构后,3个挡位传动系均可达到热平衡,3个挡位的Tmax均满足设计要求,传动箱后箱油温均≤100℃,且底盘散热器进、出口温差值为9.3~10.2℃更合理。 When the 117.6 kW tractor of a certain brand reach the maximum speed gear,the transmission system can’t maintain thermal balance.Main working gear and maximum power gear,T max do not meet the design requirements(≥40℃).The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the chassis radiator is 1.8~2.6℃,the temperature difference is relatively small.Firstly,carry out temporary restructuring,reduce the gap between the water tank and the intercooler by pasting the baffle,more wind is allowed to pass through the front chassis radiator.After the first improvement,the transmission system reaches thermal balance at the highest speed gear,T max of the three gears and the temperature difference(6.1~7.3℃)between the inlet and outlet of the chassis radiator have significantly improved compared to the original design.Balancing the thermal balance of the transmission system and the engine,adopt an integrated water tank for rearrangement,the chassis radiator is directly adjacent to the water tank,get closer to the fan,more sufficient air volume.After adopting the new structure,the transmission system reaches thermal balance at all three gears,T max of the three gears meet the design requirements,the oil temperature in the rear gearbox≤100℃,the temperature difference(9.3~10.2℃)between the inlet and outlet of the chassis radiator is more reasonable.
