煤矿综采设备地面检修工作面综合自动化控制技术

摘要 煤矿综采设备的故障模式多样,且在时域信号中表现为不同频率分量的组合,使得信号变得非常复杂。当前的信号处理方法难以有效分离这些频率分量,导致难以准确识别故障类型和程度,使得煤矿综采设备地面检修工作面控制技术存在综合控制参量偏差大、自动化程度偏低等问题。为此,提出全新的综合自动化控制技术。首先,通过采集煤矿综采设备地面检修工作面的动力信息,包括设备正常运行与潜在问题数据,并将其转化为动力信息;其次,采用经验模态分解法处理综采设备故障状态下的时域信号,将信号分解为固有模态函数以分析故障特征,采用低通滤波技术处理信号,提高故障特征提取的准确性;再次,建立综采设备地面检修工作面综合控制滤波模型,对采集的信息进行滤波处理,提取出有效的控制信号;最后,利用综合控制下的自动化控制特征算子计算,确定优化参量的特征算子。经过对比测试,证明该技术性能卓越,控制效果稳定,有望在煤矿行业中得到广泛应用与推广。 The traditional control technology for ground maintenance of coal mine comprehensive mining equipment has problems such as large deviation in comprehensive control parameters and low automation level.Therefore,this article proposes a new comprehensive automation control technology.Firstly,by collecting power information from the ground maintenance working face of coal mine comprehensive mining equipment,including data on normal operation and potential problems of the equipment,and converts it into power information;Secondly,it establishes a comprehensive control filtering model for the ground maintenance working face of fully mechanized mining equipment,filters and processes the collected information,and extracts effective control signals.Once again,it uses the automated control feature operator under comprehensive control to calculate and determine the feature operator for optimizing parameters.After comparative testing,it is proven that this technology has excellent performance and stable control effects,and is expected to be widely applied and promoted in the coal mining industry.
