摘要
针对铁路预制箱梁施工中温度变形控制难、预应力损失偏差大、施工阶段应变分布不均等质量管控难题,以某高速铁路32 m预制简支箱梁工程为依托,从施工关键工序管控要点入手,采用振弦式应变计、锚索测力计及自动化采集设备开展施工全过程监测,对梁体温度分布规律、应变发展特征、预应力变化特性进行了系统分析,实现了梁体线形误差小于10 mm、预应力张拉误差控制在±3%以内的管控效果。
Addressing quality control challenges in railway precast box girder construction——including difficult temperature deformation control,significant prestressing loss deviations,and uneven strain distribution during construction——this study focuses on a 32 m precast simply supported box girder project for a high-speed railway.By targeting key construction process control points and employing vibrating-wire strain gauges,anchorage force gauges,and automated data acquisition equipment to conduct comprehensive monitoring throughout the construction process.This enabled systematic analysis of the beam’s temperature distribution patterns,strain development characteristics,and prestressing variation properties.The project achieved control outcomes where beam alignment errors were less than 10 mm and prestressing tensioning errors were maintained within±3%.
