摘要
针对山区高铁建设中铁路箱梁加工精度要求高、加工过程运移流程复杂的现实需求,依托信息化感知、自动化控制与智能化决策的技术融合路径,研发箱梁自动化预制成套装备,系统性开展铁路钢箱梁从钢筋加工、模板组拼、混凝土浇筑、智能养护到成品转运的全流程智能建造技术探索与工程应用。通过构建多工序协同的智能管控体系,打通数据流转壁垒,为实现箱梁预制的标准化、高效化与精细化生产提供技术范式,也为智能建造技术在铁路工程预制领域的规模化落地奠定实践基础。
In response to the practical demands of high processing accuracy and complex transportation processes in railway box girder construction for high-speed railways in mountainous areas,relying on the technological integration path of information perception,automation control,and intelligent decision-making,this paper explored the complete sets of automated prefabrication equipment for box girders,systematically developed the entire process intelligent construction technologies throughout and engineering application of railway steel box girder from the steel bar processing,formwork assembly,concrete pouring,intelligent curing to finished product transportation.By constructing an intelligent control and management system that coordinates multiple processes,break down barriers in data flow,providing a technical paradigm for standardized,efficient,and refined production of box girder prefabrication,also lays a practical foundation for the large-scale implementation of intelligent construction technology in the field of railway engineering prefabrication.
