下卧层界面性质对OGFC路面层间性能的影响研究

摘要 由于开级配磨耗层(OGFC)的特殊空隙结构,环境因素易对OGFC路面层间界面产生影响;同时,从下卧层过渡到OGFC层,也存在力学和变形的不连续性。为了研究界面性质对OGFC路面层间性能的影响,采用直接剪切试验研究了OGFC面层和两种下卧层混合料在不同正应力和不同黏层油掺量条件下的力学性能。结果表明:随着法向应力的增加,剪切应力和黏结韧度逐渐增加;存在一个合理的黏层油掺量,使得OGFC与下卧层的黏结性能达到最佳;随着构造深度的增加,OGFC与下卧层之间的黏结性能提高,并且OGFC与下卧层之间的嵌挤咬合作用更显著。 Due to the special porous structure of the Open-Graded Friction Course(OGFC),environmental factors are prone to affect the interface between the OGFC pavement layers;at the same time,there is also discontinuity in mechanics and deformation when transitioning from the underlying layer to the OGFC layer.In order to study the influence of interface properties on the interlayer performance of OGFC pavement,direct shear tests were conducted to investigate the mechanical properties of OGFC surface layer and two types of underlying layers under different normal stresses and different tack coat oil blending conditions.The results show that with the increase of normal stress,the shear stress and bonding toughness gradually increase;there exists an optimal tack coat oil blending amount that allows the bonding performance between OGFC and the underlying layer to reach the best state;with the increase of construction depth,the bonding performance between OGFC and the underlying layer improves,and the interlocking effect between OGFC and the underlying layer becomes more significant.
