摘要
伴随城市地下空间开发进程的不断推进,地下连续墙(简称“地连墙”)接缝渗漏已成为制约深基坑工程安全的核心问题。N-JET工法作为超高压喷射搅拌成桩技术,具备成桩直径大、适应深埋环境以及智能化控制等优势,在复杂地层的止水加固中应用潜力显著。因此,文中依托上海某雨水泵站新建工程实践,系统分析N-JET工法的技术原理、施工工艺流程及应用效果。结果表明该工法用于软土地基深基坑地连墙接缝止水加固具备可行性,同时,针对其在超深、复杂地层中的应用,指明了未来发展方向。
With the continuous advancement of urban underground space development,leakage at the joints of underground continuous walls(referred to as“diaphragm walls”)has become a core issue restricting the safety of deep foundation pit projects.As a super-high pressure jet grouting pile technology,the N-JET method features large pile diameters,adaptability to deep-buried environments,and intelligent control,showing significant potential in water sealing and reinforcement in complex strata.Based on the practical experience of a new rainwater pumping station project in Shanghai,this paper systematically analyzes the technical principles,construction process,and application effects of the N-JET method.The results indicate that this method is feasible for sealing and reinforcing the joints of diaphragm walls in deep foundation pits in soft soil.Meanwhile,for its application in ultra-deep and complex strata,the future development direction is discussed.
