木质古建保护修缮工程中传统工艺与现代技术融合实践研究

On integrating practice of traditional craft and modern techniques in protection and restoration projects of ancient wooden structures

摘要 为保护木结构文物古建筑的结构安全与历史风貌完整性,通过红外成像、超声波检测、探地雷达等现代技术精准诊断木梁、木柱、榫卯节点及地基砖石等关键部位的病害特征,针对性地提出三类传统工艺与现代技术融合的修缮方案,通过数值模拟与现场监测手段,对修缮效果进行了定量评估。结果表明:模拟碳纤维加固后木梁最大主应力下降51.2%,最大竖向位移降低了62.1%;长期监测所有修缮方案应用后,木梁超声波速提升了13.0%,木柱含水率降低33.3%,木梁最大裂缝宽度减小87.5%。论证了通过传统工艺与现代技术的有机结合,有效提升了木结构古建筑修缮的科学性与耐久性,可以为同类木结构文物古建筑的保护提供技术参考。 In order to protect the structural safety of ancient timber-structured cultural relics buildings and their integrity of historical fabric and features,the paper adopts modern techniques including infrared imaging,ultrasonic testing,and ground-penetrating radar to accurately diagnose the disease features at key parts such as wooden beam,wooden columns,mortise-tenon joints and foundation masonry,points out three kinds of restoration schemes of integrating traditional crafts and modern techniques,undertakes the quantitative evaluation over the restoration effect by the numeric simulation and field monitoring,proves by the results that after simulation of carbon fiber reinforcement,the maximum principal stress of the wooden beam decreased by 51.2%and the maximum vertical displacement decreased by 62.1%;the ultrasonic wave velocity of the wooden beam increased by 13.0%,the moisture content of the wooden column decreased by 33.3%and the maximum crack width of the timber beam was reduced by 87.5%after the implementation of all restoration schemes through long-term monitoring and proves the organic integration of traditional crafts and modern techniques can efficiently promote the scientific design and duration of the restoration of timber-structured ancient buildings,which can provide some technical reference for protecting similar ancient timber-structured cultural relics buildings.
