摘要
目的:探讨基于Mini-CEX的同伴互助学习与标准化病人融合教学模式在骨科住培中的应用效果。方法:选取48名住培医师随机分为试验组和对照组,通过临床技能评价、理论考试评价及满意度调查比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组在问诊技巧、体格检查、沟通技能、人文关怀、整体临床胜任力、病历书写、满意度方面评价得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于Mini-CEX的同伴互助学习与标准化病人融合教学模式有效提升了骨科住培医师的综合能力。
Objectives:To explore the application effects of a teaching model integrating Mini-CEX-based peer-assisted learning(PAL)and standardized patients(SPs)in the standardized training of orthopedic residents.Methods A total of 48 resident physicians were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The teaching effects were compared between the two groups through clinical skill evaluation,a theoretical examination,and a satisfaction survey.Results The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores than the control group in history-taking skills,physical examination,communication skills,humanistic care,overall clinical competence,medical record writing,and satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The Mini-CEX-based peer-assisted learning model combined standardized patients teaching effectively improved the comprehensive abilities of orthopedic residents undergoing standardized residency training.
