摘要
新质生产力是符合新发展理念和高质量发展要求的先进生产力质态,对非物质文化遗产传承与创新具有强劲推动力和支撑力。从逻辑基础来看,基于理论基础、历史生成与现实需要三重逻辑,新质生产力能够赋能非遗传承与创新;从作用机理来看,新质生产力赋能非遗传承与创新主要涵盖理念、目标、情境、技术四个关键维度;从困境及路径来看,当前,新质生产力赋能非遗传承与创新面临三重困境,即技术局限、人才局限、制度局限。为了实现新质生产力对非遗传承与创新的长效赋能,应通过提升非遗技术应用效能、健全非遗复合型人才培养模式、完善非遗数字化产权制度体系等路径,推动非遗与新质生产力的深度融合。
New quality productive forces represent the advanced quality state of productive forces that conform to the new development concepts and requirements for high-quality development.They provide strong impetus and support for the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage.From a logical perspective,based on the triple logics of theoretical foundation,historical generation and current needs,new quality productive forces can empower the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage.From an action mechanism perspective,the empowerment of intangible cultural heritage inheritance and innovation by new quality productive forces mainly covers four key dimensions:concepts,goals,contexts and technologies.From the perspective of challenges and paths,currently,new quality productive forces empowering the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage face three challenges:technical limitations,talent limitations,and institutional limitations.In order to achieve long-term empowerment of intangible cultural heritage inheritance and innovation by new quality productive forces,the government should promote the deep integration of intangible cultural heritage and new quality productive forces through paths such as enhancing the efficiency of intangible cultural heritage technology application,improving the training model for intangible cultural heritage professionals,and perfecting the digital property rights system for intangible cultural heritage.
