牛仔化学烧花工艺在服装设计中的应用研究

摘要 牛仔面料以其独特的质感长期占据时尚领域核心地位,牛仔化学烧花工艺作为兼具手工温度与创意张力的面料二次处理技术,其通过选择性改性在面料表面形成丰富肌理与色彩层次,为牛仔服装设计注入多元活力。文章以牛仔化学烧花工艺这一主流工艺为核心,阐述工艺原理与实操流程,结合国内外设计案例,从造型肌理、色彩表达、风格适配三大维度解析该工艺在服装设计中的效果实现路径,分析应用中的核心问题并提出优化策略,展望工艺与设计融合的发展趋势,为服装设计师提供实操性参考。 Denim fabric has long maintained a core position in the fashion industry with its distinctive texture.As a fabric reprocessing technology that integrates the warmth of handcraft and the dynamism of creativity,denim chemical burn-out technology creates rich textures and color gradations on the fabric surface through selective modification,thereby injecting diverse vitality into denim clothing design.Focusing on denim chemical burn-out technology as the mainstream technology,this paper elaborates on its technical principles and practical operation procedures.Combined with domestic and international design cases,it analyzes the effect realization paths of technology in clothing design from three dimensions:modeling texture,color expression and style adaptation.Furthermore,it examines the core problems in application and puts forward optimization strategies,and looks ahead to the development trend of the integration of technology and design,providing a practical reference for clothing designers.
