印染工业排放的废水成分繁杂,氨氮作为关键污染物,其具有排放质量浓度偏高、波动明显且与染料及助剂协同污染的特点,不仅会造成水体富营养化,还会降低后续污水处理工艺的运行效率,进而威胁生态环境安全。氨氮的精确检测是污染防控工作的基础,高效去除则是治理工作的核心,这两项技术的革新升级对印染废水深度处理起到关键作用。文章结合印染工业的生产工艺特点,深入探讨氨氮检测技术的核心原理与实际应用场景,详细分析主流去除方法的技术路径与适用范围,提出“检测—去除—质控”全流程协同优化的全新思路,梳理技术应用过程中存在的核心难题并提供针对性优化方案,为印染工业废水中氨氮的精准治理提供实用技术参考与实践指导。
The wastewater discharged from the dyeing and printing industry contains complex components,with ammonia nitrogen as a key pollutant exhibiting high discharge mass concentration,significant fluctuations,and synergistic pollution with dyes and auxiliaries.This not only leads to water eutrophication but also reduces the operational efficiency of subsequent wastewater treatment processes,thereby threatening ecological safety.Accurate ammonia nitrogen detection serves as the foundation for pollution control,while efficient removal constitutes the core of remediation efforts.Innovations in these two technologies play a pivotal role in the advanced treatment of dyeing wastewater.The article combines the production process characteristics of the printing and dyeing industry,deeply explores the core principles and practical application scenarios of ammonia nitrogen detection technology,analyzes in detail the technical pathways and applicable scopes of mainstream removal methods,proposes a novel“detection-removal-quality control”i ntegrated optimization approach,identifies key challenges in technical implementation,and offers targeted optimization solutions.These findings provide practical technical references and operational guidance for precise ammonia nitrogen management in the printing and dyeing industry wastewater.
