基于封端交联剂的耐热压聚氨酯鞋面设计与制备工艺研究

摘要 针对传统运动鞋的鞋面图案装饰存在的设计受限、功能单一、附着力差、耐热性能不足等问题,文章提出了一种基于丝网印刷与热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)热压工艺相结合的耐热压聚氨酯鞋面涂层新技术,通过引入封端交联剂,提高了水性聚氨酯涂层在高温条件下的交联密度和热稳定性,实现了涂层在160~165℃、15~20 kg/cm^(2)压力下经180 s处理后不变形、不熔化、不发硬,涂层厚度保持在90%以上,耐弯折次数不少于5万次,剥离强度不小于2.5 N/mm,同时提出了整面版与网版印刷相结合的工艺设计,提高了涂层与鞋面材料之间的附着力和柔韧性,解决了边缘翘起与剥离难题。新技术可实现多样化图案设计、透明光亮效果及个性化定制,具有广阔的市场应用前景和推广价值。 To address the limitations in traditional sneaker upper patterns,including restricted design freedom,single function,poor adhesion,and inadequate heat resistance,this paper proposes a novel heat-pressure resistant polyurethane coating method for uppers based on the combination of screen printing and thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)heat pressing technology.By introducing a blocked crosslinker,the crosslinking density and thermal stability of the waterborne polyurethane coating are significantly enhanced.The resulting coating withstands a heat pressing process at 160-165℃under 15-20 kg/cm^(2) for 180 seconds without deformation,melting,or hardening.The coating thickness is maintained at over 90%,the number of bending cycles is not less than 50000 times,and the peel strength is not less than 2.5 N/mm.At the same time,a combined f ull-surface a nd patterned screen printing process ensures f irm adhesion a nd enhanced flexibility,resolving common issues such as edge delamination and cracking.The new process can achieve diversified pattern design,t ransparent a nd b right e ffects,a nd p ersonalized c ustomization,w ith b road m arket a pplication p rospects a nd promotion value.
