摘要
“精准自我认知、科学规划设计、实践能力导向”的理念,为高职职业生涯规划教育提供了理论指导。高职院校职业生涯规划教育需紧密对接行业需求与人才成长规律。当前,航空类职业院校学生职业生涯规划存在认知模糊、路径不明等问题,传统教学模式难以满足人才培养需求。文章将小组工作方法引入职业生涯规划教学,结合学生特点,系统分析其应用必要性与核心优势,构建“三维融合”的小组工作模式,细化课堂教学实施流程,旨在为高职院校提升职业生涯规划教学质量、培养具有可持续发展能力的高技能人才提供实践参考。
The concepts of“accurate self-cognition,scientific planning and design,and practice ability orientation”provide theoretical guidance for career planning education in higher vocational colleges.Career planning education in higher vocational colleges should be closely aligned with industrial demands and the laws of talent development.Currently,students in aviation-related vocational colleges are confronted with problems such as vague self-understanding and unclear career paths in career planning,while traditional teaching models can hardly meet the needs of talent cultivation.This paper introduces the group work method into career planning teaching,systematically analyzes its necessity and core advantages in light of students’characteristics,constructs a“three-dimensional integration”group work model,and details the implementation process in classroom teaching.It aims to of fer practical references for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of career planning teaching and cultivate high-skilled talents with sustainable development capabilities.
