摘要
针对工艺人员人工提取工艺参数信息存在效率低和易出错的问题,研究了批量自动提取的方法,设计了一种批处理模式的遍历递归算法,通过组件应用架构(Component Application Architecture,CAA)二次开发完成程序搭建,实现了批量打开基于模型的设计(Model Based Design,MBD)数模文件并对零件参数信息的一键式快速提取。通过某实例模型进行了信息提取,并和人工信息获取进行了对比,自动批量提取耗时2分钟,人工方法平均耗时1小时4分钟6秒,效率得到显著提高。
In view of the low efficiency and error-prone problem of manual extraction of process parameter information by craftsmen,a batch automatic extraction method was studied,a traversal recursive algorithm in batch mode was designed,and the program construction was completed through the secondary development of Component Application Architecture(CAA),this enables realizes the batch opening of the Model Based Design(MBD)numerical model files and one-key rapid extraction of the process model parameter information.Through an example model for information extraction,and manual information acquisition for comparison,automatic batch extraction time consumed 2 minutes,the manual method consumed 1 hour,4 minutes and 6 seconds,the efficiency has been significantly improved.
