摘要
病原物的侵袭严重干扰了植物正常的生长发育,病害已是农业健康发展的威胁之一.NPR1(NONEXPRESSER of PR GENES 1)是植物免疫应答的核心调控因子,其赋予了植物对病害的抗性.本研究在粉葛基因组中发现了一个NPR1基因,并对PmNPR1因子进行了综合分析.PmNPR1基因包含4个外显子和3个内含子,编码的蛋白质的等电点为5.65,分子式为C2761H4457N773O851S27,归一化后的溶解度为0.427,为亲水性蛋白质.定位分析显示PmNPR1可能定位于细胞之中,具有7个典型的抗原表位,是一个在细胞中可被其他因子所识别协作执行生物学功能蛋白.结构分析发现其为拟南芥AtNPR1的同源物,存在类似结构及可被翻译后修饰的潜力.本研究分析可为后续PmNPR1的功能研究提供线索并为粉葛栽培管理规范化赋能.
Pathogen invasion severely interferes with normal plant growth and development,and plant diseases have become one of the threats to the healthy development of agriculture.NONEXPRESSER OF PR GENES 1(NPR1)is a core regulator of plant immune responses and confers disease resistance in plants.In this study,an NPR1 gene was identified in the genome of Pueraria montana var.thomsonii,and PmNPR1 was comprehensively analyzed.The PmNPR1 gene contains 4 exons and 3 introns.The encoded protein has an isoelectric point of 5.65,a molecular formula of C2761H4457N773O851S27,and a normalized solubility of 0.427,indicating that it is a hydrophilic protein.Subcellular localization analysis suggested that PmNPR1 is likely located in the cytoplasm and contains 7 typical antigenic epitopes,meaning it can be recognized and cooperate with other factors to perform biological functions in cells.Structural analysis showed that PmNPR1 is a homolog of Arabidopsis AtNPR1,with a similar structure and potential for post-translational modification.This study provides clues for further functional research on PmNPR1 and supports the standardized cultivation and management of Pueraria montana var.thomsonii.
