摘要
目的:探索医院门诊药房拆零药品追溯码管理的全流程优化路径,提升管理的规范性与效率。方法:采用信息系统技术升级(开发拆零与退药收码功能)与调剂流程优化(调配辅助采集模式)双重改进策略实现拆零药品采集全流程优化。对比改进前后医保追溯码上传率与调剂时效指标,分析管理模式优化的效果。结果:改进1个月后,药品追溯码上传率从48.90%提升至98.23%,平均单方扫描时间降低19.8%,患者平均取药时间仅增加8.1%,并实现了拆零药品退药追溯码的精准回收。结论:通过信息技术升级与操作流程优化,可显著提高拆零药品追溯码的全流程管控效能,在保障高上传率的同时,维持了发药效率与服务满意度。
Objective:To optimize the full-process management of traceability codes for dismantled drugs in the hospital outpatient pharmacy,thereby improving its standardization and efficiency.Methods:A dual improvement strategy was implemented including information system upgrades(development of code-capturing functions on package dismantling and drug-returning)and dispensing workflow optimization(adopting an assisted collection mode).The upload rate of medical insurance traceability codes and dispensing timeliness indicators were compared before and after the intervention.Results:One month after optimization,the traceability code upload rate increased from 48.90%to 98.23%,the average scanning time per prescription decreased by 19.8%,and the average patient waiting time increased by only 8.1%.Precise recovery of traceability codes for returned dismantled drugs was also achieved.Conclusion:Upgrading information technology and streamlining operational workflows can significantly enhance the fullprocess control efficiency of traceability codes for split-packaged drugs,ensuring a high upload rate while maintaining dispensing efficiency and service satisfaction.
