摘要
建立以问题和需求为导向,具备多种功能的护理质量管理系统有助于实现护理管理的现代化、科学化、精细化。基于反向评价标准理念,针对护理质量管理的特点、瓶颈及需求,以问题为导向,构建护理质量反向评价指标体系,覆盖12个模块、46项标准、200多个风险问题,并建立护理质控平台,嵌入反向评价标准表单,将护理质量管理逻辑从“判断是否合格”转变为“精准识别问题”,提高了护理质控效率,实现了护理质量精准管控。
Establishing a nursing quality management system that is problem-and demand-oriented and equipped with multiple functions contributes to the modernization,scientific,and refined management of nursing.Based on the concept of"reverse evaluation criteria",considering the characteristics,bottlenecks,and demands of nursing quality management,a problem-oriented reverse evaluation index system for nursing quality was constructed.This system covers 12 modules,46 standards,and over 200 risk issues.Additionally,a nursing quality control platform was established,incorporating reverse evaluation criteria forms.This approach shifted the logic of nursing quality management from"determining compliance"to"precisely identifying problems",thereby enhancing the efficiency of nursing quality control and achieving precise management of nursing quality.
