输血科冷链监控系统报警现状分析及改进策略

Analysis of the Current Status of Alarm in the Cold-Chain Monitoring System of the Blood Transfusion Department and Improvement Strategies

摘要 目的分析输血科冷链监控系统报警现状及原因,提出改进策略。方法回顾性分析某院输血科2019年10月-2024年10月9台血液制品保存箱冷链监控系统报警现状,进行数据统计分析。结果2019年10月-2024年10月该院输血科冷链监控系统累计报警754次,其中红细胞报警占比最高(55.31%),显著高于血浆(41.25%)与血小板(3.45%)(P<0.05)。B型与AB型红细胞报警率较高,分别为0.86%、2.65%。结论该院输血科冷链监控系统报警集中于红细胞,考虑为设备老化、操作不规范及环境因素干扰等。建议通过设备更新、流程优化、环境调控和人员培训等进行改进,以降低医院输血科冷链监控系统报警率,提高血液制品质量,保证临床用血安全。 Objective To analyze the current status and causes of alarms in the cold-chain monitoring system of the blood transfusion department and propose improvement strategies.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the alarm data from the cold-chain monitoring systems of nine blood product storage refrigerators in the blood transfusion department of a hospital from October 2019 to October 2024,with statistical analysis performed on the collected data.Results From October 2019 to October 2024,the cold-chain monitoring system in the blood transfusion department of the hospital generated a total of 754 alarms.Among these,alarms related to red blood cells accounted for the highest proportion(55.31%),significantly higher than those for plasma(41.25%)and platelets(3.45%)(P<0.05).The alarm rates for red blood cells of blood types B and AB were relatively high,at 0.86%and 2.65%,respectively.Conclusion Alarms in the cold-chain monitoring system of the blood transfusion department in this hospital were predominantly associated with red blood cells,likely caused by equipment aging,non-standardized operations,and environmental interference.It is recommended to implement improvements through equipment upgrades,process optimization,environmental control,and personnel training to reduce the alarm rate of the cold-chain monitoring system in the hospital's blood transfusion department,enhance the quality of blood products,and ensure the safety of clinical blood use.
