摘要
基于智能制造背景下焊接行业人才需求的变化,通过对比传统焊工与自动化焊接工程师的能力要求差异,系统剖析当前焊接人才培养模式存在的主要问题:培养目标与产业需求脱节、教学内容滞后于技术发展、校企协同育人机制不健全.据此提出3项优化策略:构建动态目标调整机制,精准对接产业人才需求;校企共建模块化课程体系,推动教学内容与时俱进;完善协同育人机制,健全校企合作长效制度.以期研究成果能够为提升焊接人才培养质量、支撑智能制造产业升级提供实践指导.
In response to the evolving demands for welding professionals under the background of intelligent manufacturing,this paper systematically analyzes the key challenges in the current welding talents'cultivation model by comparing the competency requirements of traditional welders and automated welding engineers,which include the misalignment between training objectives and industrial demands,the lag of teaching content behind technological advancements,and the inadequacy of school-enterprise collaborative mechanisms.Accordingly,three optimization strategies are proposed such as establishing a dynamic mechanism for adjusting objectives to precisely align with industrial talents'demands;co-developing modular curricula through school-enterprise collaboration to keep teaching content abreast of technological advancements;improving collaborative mechanisms to establish an effective long-term system for school-enterprise cooperation.The findings are expected to provide practical guidance for enhancing the quality of welding talents cultivation and supporting the upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing industry.
