摘要
心脏肿瘤具有发病率低、症状隐匿的特点,临床诊断困难且预后较差。随着微生物组学和代谢组学的快速发展,越来越多的证据显示肠道菌群及其代谢物不仅参与心脏肿瘤的发生,也可通过免疫调控,代谢重编程以及基因表达影响心脏肿瘤的发展。本文就肠道微生物和代谢物在心脏肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制作一综述,深入探讨肠道微生物与心脏肿瘤诊疗的应用方向和前景,为未来精准防治提供一定的理论依据。
Cardiac tumors are characterized by a low incidence and subtle symptoms,making clinical diagnosis challenging and prognosis poor.With the rapid advancements in microbiome and metabolomics,increasing evidence has shown that the gut microbiota and its metabolites not only play a role in the development of cardiac tumors but can also influence tumor progression through immune modulation,metabolic reprogramming,and gene expression.This review discusses the mechanisms by which the gut microbiota and its metabolites contribute to the occurrence and development of cardiac tumors.It provides an in-depth analysis of the application directions and prospects of gut microbiota in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac tumors,offering a theoretical basis for future precision prevention and treatment strategies.
