在火电厂能量转换系统中,汽轮机作为核心设备,其安装质量直接影响机组运行的安全性与稳定性。文章深入分析火电厂汽轮机安装过程中的关键质量控制点,提出一系列针对性质量控制技术,旨在提高汽轮机安装质量,规避因安装缺陷引发的设备故障。
In the energy conversion system of thermal power plants,the installation quality of the steam turbine,as the core equipment,directly affects the safety and stability of the unit operation.The article deeply analyzes the key quality control points in the installation process of steam turbines in thermal power plants,and proposes a series of targeted quality control techniques aimed at improving the installation quality of steam turbines and avoiding equipment failures caused by installation defects.
