基于思维导图的神经病学理论课教学模式创新及策略应用

Innovation and Application Effect of Mind Map-based Teaching Model in Neurology Theoretical Courses

摘要 目的 探讨基于神经病学理论课教学模式创新及策略应用效果。方法 选取2024年9—12月长春中医药大学临床医学院(吉林省人民医院)2021级61名学生作为干预组,采用思维导图教学法;于2023年9—12月选取同一学院2020级66名临床医学专业学生为对照组,实施传统讲授式教学。比较两组考核成绩及教学满意度。结果 干预组临床思维成绩为(53.01±4.83)分,高于对照组的(51.02±5.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.345,P<0.05);总成绩、基础知识成绩与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。干预组学生的学习效果、能力提升满意度均优于对照组,学习负担重于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 思维导图教学模式通过知识结构化表征有效增强临床思维能力,然而其应用需权衡认知负荷,未来可结合数字化工具以优化实施路径。 Objective To explore the innovation and application effect of mind map-based teaching model in neurology theoretical courses.Methods A total of sixty-one clinical medicine students of Grade 2021 from the School of Clinical Medicine,Changchun University of Chinese Medicine(Jilin Provincial People's Hospital),were selected as the intervention group from September to December 2024,and the mind map teaching method was adopted.Meanwhile,sixty-six clinical medicine students of Grade 2020 from the same school were selected as the control group from September to December 2023,and the traditional lecture-based teaching method was implemented.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical thinking score of the intervention group was 53.01±4.83,higher than 51.02±5.31 of the control group,and the dufference was statistically significant(t=-2.345,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the total exam score and basic knowledge score between the two groups(both P>0.05).The students in the intervention group had higher satisfaction with learning effect and ability improvement than those in the control group,the learning burden of the intervention group was heavier than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The mind map-based teaching model can effectively enhance clinical thinking ability through the structured representation of knowledge.However,its application needs to balance cognitive load,and digital tools can be integrated in the future to optimize the implementation path.
