摘要
目的分析消毒供应中心器械管理期间应用细节管理模式的价值。方法选取赤峰市医院消毒供应中心43名工作人员为研究对象,2024年1—4月为落实前(实施传统管理),2024年5—6月为细节管理模式落实期,2024年7—12月为落实后(实施细节管理)。对比落实前后器械管理质量、工作质量、管理满意度。结果落实后器械清洁度、消毒效果、器械完整性、记录规范性均高于落实前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。落实后操作规范性、工作效率、团队协作评分分别为(9.12±0.39)分、(9.18±0.45)分、(9.14±0.35)分,均高于落实前的(7.12±0.82)分、(7.34±0.75)分、(7.18±0.73)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=26.499,25.387,28.442;P均<0.05)。落实后管理满意度比落实前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心管理期间,细节管理模式的应用可提升整体管理质量,器械管理质量及工作效率提高,且工作人员对工作的满意度也更高。
Objective To analyze the value of detail management mode during equipment management in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of forty-three staff in the Disinfection Supply Center of Chifeng Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to April 2024,it was before the implementation(implementation of traditional management),from May to June 2024,it was the implementation period of the detailed management mode,and from July to December 2024,it was after the implementation(implementation of detailed management).The equipment management quality,work quality and management satisfaction before and after implementation were compared.Results After implementation,the cleanliness,disinfection effect,instrument integrity and record standardization of instruments were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of operation standardization,work efficiency and teamwork after implementation were 9.12±0.39,9.18±0.45 and 9.14±0.35 respectively,which were higher than 7.12±0.82,7.34±0.75 and 7.18±0.73 before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(t=26.499,25.387,28.442;all P<0.05).The management satisfaction after implementation was higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the management of disinfection supply center,the application of detail management mode can improve the overall management quality,equipment management quality and work efficiency,and the staff's satisfaction with work is also higher.
