摘要
为缓解污水处理能力不足的问题,西宁市新建一座处理量为10万m^(3)/d的污水处理厂。该厂采用“预处理+A^(2)O-A+MBR+消毒”处理工艺,占地2.93 hm^(2),建成通水用时仅88 d,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,运行成本为1.16元/m^(3)。该厂装配式建设方式、处理工艺及成本分析等可为大规模装配式污水处理厂的建设和运行提供参考。
To address the insufficient wastewater treatment capacity in Xining,a new municipal wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 100000 m^(3)/d has been constructed.This plant employs an advanced treatment process of pre-treatment+A^(2)O-A+MBR+disinfection.It achieved commissioning in just 88 days,occupying only 2.93 hm^(2) of land.The effluent quality meets the first level A standard specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 189182002),with operation cost of 1.16 CNY/m^(3).This paper provides a detailed analysis of its prefabricated construction methodology,wastewater treatment process,and cost,aiming to offer new insights for the construction and operation of large-scale prefabricated wastewater treatment plants.
