摘要
乡村文明建设与学校德育耦合发展是乡村学校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。乡村学校要围绕育人目标,立足乡村社会场域,挖掘利用乡土德育资源,助力学生全面发展。然而,“学校在乡”与“德育离乡”带来的文化隐忧破坏了乡村学生文化人格建构之土壤,使乡村学校难以培养出具有乡土情怀的建设者和振兴者。乡村文明建设与学校德育耦合发展有助于乡村学校突破德育疏离于乡村社会之困境,有利于乡村学校培养乡村全面振兴所需之人。乡村文明建设与学校德育在引领学生回归生活世界、拓宽学校育人空间、实现五育融合三个方面具有耦合发展的逻辑关联。乡村全面振兴背景下,乡村文明建设与学校德育在突出人与自然和谐共生教育、凸显人文关怀教育、应对文化发展挑战、赓续教育情怀、传承中华文明五个方面具有耦合发展的多维表现。基于此,乡村学校要围绕乡村文明成果、乡村文明德育内容、校家社“教联体”建设、乡村学生家国情怀四个方面,通过建设学校乡土德育课程、拓展学校德育教学空间、协同开展学校德育、夯实学校德育之基四个方面探索实践路径,实现乡村文明建设与学校德育耦合发展。
The coupled development of rural civilization construction and moral education in schools constitutes a vital measure for rural schools to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Rural schools should focus on the educational objective of nurturing talent,root themselves in the rural social field,explore and utilize local moral education resources,and facilitate the all-round development of students.However,the cultural anxieties triggered by the paradox of“schools located in the countryside”but“moral education detached from the countryside”have eroded the soil for constructing rural students’cultural personality,making it difficult to cultivate builders and promoters of revitalization who possess rural sentiments.The coupled development of rural civilization construction and school moral education helps rural schools break through the predicament of moral education being alienated from rural society,thereby fostering talents required for comprehensive rural revitalization.The two share a logical correlation for coupled development in three aspects:guiding students to return to the lifeworld,expanding the educational space of schools,and realizing the integration of the five domains of education.In the context of comprehensive rural revitalization,they exhibit multidimensional manifestations of coupled development in five aspects:emphasizing education on the harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature;highlighting humanistic care;addressing cultural development challenges;sustaining educational sentiments;and inheriting Chinese civilization.Based on this,rural schools should focus on four dimensions:rural civilization achievements,moral education content,the construction of a school-family-community“educational consortium,”and rural students’patriotism.Practical pathways should be explored by developing local moral education curricula,expanding teaching spaces,collaboratively conducting moral education,and consolidating the foundation of moral education,so as to achieve the coupled development of rural civilization construction and school moral education.
