摘要
试验以紫果云杉种子为材料,采用纸床发芽法探究不同浓度KNO_(3)和NaOH对其萌发率的影响.结果表明:低浓度化学处理对种子萌发具有促进作用,高浓度则表现为抑制效应.其中,浓度为0.6%的KNO_(3)处理效果最佳,萌发率达66.67%,较对照组显著提高8.67%;浓度为1.0%的KNO_(3)处理萌发率仅为45.40%,较对照组降低12.6%.NaOH处理中,0.4%浓度促进效果最显著(较对照组提升21%),0.5%浓度显著抑制萌发(较对照组降低12%).研究证实,化学物质浓度是调控紫果云杉种子萌发的关键因素,适宜浓度可有效提升萌发率,过高浓度则产生负面影响,为紫果云杉种子预处理提供了浓度参考依据.
This study investigated the effects of potassium nitrate(KNO_(3))and sodium hydroxide(NaOH)at varying concentrations on the germination rate of Picea purpurea Mast seeds using the paper towel germination method.Results demonstrated a concentration-dependent effect:low concentrations of both chemicals significantly enhanced seed germination,whereas high concentrations exhibited inhibitory effects.Optimal treatment conditions were identified as 0.6%KNO_(3),yielding a germination rate of 66.67%(8.67%higher than the control)and 0.4%NaOH,which improved germination by 21%.Conversely,1.0%KNO_(3) treatment resulted in markedly reduced germination(45.40%,12.6%below control),while 0.5%NaOH significantly inhibited germination(12%reduction compared to control).These findings establish concentration thresholds for chemical priming,demonstrating that appropriately selected concentrations(notably 0.6%KNO_(3) and 0.4%NaOH)can effectively enhance P.purpurea Mast seed germination,whereas excessive concentrations produce detrimental effects.This provides critical guidance for optimizing seed pretreatment protocols in P.purpurea Mast cultivation.
