摘要
为实现江苏省“廿年路面百年桥”的建设目标,本文从廿年路面结构与材料一体化设计角度出发,基于江苏省高速公路沥青路面服役现状及路面结构设计的影响因素分析,提出了廿年路面的结构设计原则与设计标准,开发了高模量沥青混合料,进而定制化设计了江苏省高速公路廿年路面典型结构。研究结果表明,增大沥青层厚度有利于提升结构抗裂性能,提升中面层模量及动稳定度将显著增强抗车辙性能。廿年路面设计时应遵循变寿命设计、减少裂缝、控制车辙、消除水损害、以半刚性基层为主的设计原则,同时建议采用模量高、抗车辙性能、抗疲劳性能优异的高模量混合料HMM-13作为中面层。推荐的廿年路面结构相较于江苏省传统路面结构,在特重交通下的路面结构永久变形预估值降低43%,横向开裂寿命预估值增加25%,且满足廿年路面设计标准的要求。
To achieve the construction goal of"20-Year Design Life Pavement and 100-Year Design Life Bridge"in Jiangsu Province,this paper initiates from the integrated structural and material design for 20-year pavements.Based on the analysis of the in-service performance of existing expressway asphalt pavements and influencing factors for structural design in Jiangsu Province,the study proposes structural design principles and standards for 20-year pavements,and develops a high modulus asphalt concrete and subsequently custom-designs typical 20-year pavement structures for Jiangsu expressways.Results indicate that increasing asphalt layer thickness can enhance crack resistance,while improving the modulus and dynamic stability of the intermediate course significantly boosts rutting resistance.The design of 20-year pavements should adhere to the following principles:variable-life design,crack minimization,rutting control,elimination of water damage,and predominant use of semi-rigid base courses.Furthermore,it is recommended to replace the conventional intermediate course with the HMM-13 high-modulus asphalt mixture,which exhibits high modulus,superior rutting resistance,and excellent fatigue performance.
