摘要
为了提高织物色深值和色牢度,对涤/棉混纺织物进行一浴染色及低温皂洗工艺联合探究。考察了不同用量分散染料染色织物的颜色参数、色牢度及烂棉效果,同时优化分散、活性染料比例及用量;基于正交实验设计对皂洗温度、皂洗剂用量和皂洗时间等参数进行优化。结果表明:分散黑WECT染色时,织物具有较好的色深值、耐水色牢度与耐摩擦色牢度;当用量为38 g/L,分散、活性染料质量比约为1∶1时,后整车速可提高到70~80 m/min;优化皂洗工艺为:皂洗温度60℃、皂洗剂用量8 g/L、皂洗时间2 min,在此工艺下,织物的耐湿摩擦色牢度可提高到3~4级。
To improve the color depth value and color fastness of the fabric,the one bath dyeing and low temperature soaping process of polyester/cotton blended fabric were explored.The color parameters,color fastness and burnt out cotton effect of fabric under different concentrations of disperse dyes were studied,and the ratio and dosage of disperse/reactive dyes were optimized.The parameters such as soaping tempera⁃ture,soaping concentration and soaping time were optimized based on orthogonal experimental design.The re⁃sults showed the fabric had good color depth value,color fastness to washing and rubbing when dyed with disperse black WECT.When the concentration was 38 g/L,and the dispersion/activity ratio was about 1∶1,the rear vehicle speed could be increased to 70-80 m/min.Under the optimal soaping process conditions of soap⁃ing temperature 60℃,soaping concentration 8 g/L and soaping time 2 min,the color fastness to wet rubbing of the fabric could be reached to level 3-4.
