摘要
随着全球碳中和目标的推进及消费端个性化需求的激增,传统纺织印染行业面临资源消耗刚性约束与环境负荷持续攀升的双重压力。数字化面料技术通过虚拟仿真与资产重组重构产品开发流程,显著降低实体资源消耗;环保印染技术则借助生物基助剂、超临界流体染色等创新工艺实现污染源头削减。二者尚未形成系统化协同机制,制约了产业绿色转型的整体效能。因此,就数字化与环保技术在多维场景下的耦合机理、实施路径及系统壁垒展开探讨,以期构建设计、制造、供应链全链条协同优化模型,为服装产业提供兼具环境友好性与经济可行性的可持续发展范式。
With the advancement of the global carbon neutrality goal and the surge in personalized de⁃mands from the consumer end,the traditional textile printing and dyeing industry is facing dual pressures of rigid resource consumption constraints and continuously rising environmental loads.Digital fabric technology re⁃configures the product development process through virtual simulation and asset reorganization,significantly reducing physical resource consumption;environmental printing technology,by leveraging innovative process⁃es such as bio-based auxiliaries and supercritical fluid dyeing,achieves pollution reduction at the source.How⁃ever,these two technologies have not yet formed a systematic collaborative mechanism,which hinders the overall efficiency of the industry’s green transformation.Therefore,the coupling mechanism,implementation paths,and system barriers of digital and environmental technologies in multi-dimensional scenarios are ex⁃plored,with the aim of constructing a collaborative optimization model for the entire design,manufacturing,and supply chain chain,providing a sustainable development paradigm for the clothing industry that is both en⁃vironmentally friendly and economically feasible.
