摘要
教育家精神的提出,是党和国家在中国式现代化视域下对教育提出的更高要求。教育家精神赋能中国式现代化的逻辑进路在于既是人的现代化内在要求,又是推进中国式教育现代化本质使命,更是构建创新型国家必然之义。教育家精神赋能中国式现代化具有现实引领、话语引领和精神引领三重价值意蕴。要实现教育家精神赋能中国式现代化建设,应激发教师的尊严、道德、智慧三重动力,构建赋能动力机制,推动教育家精神更好地赋能中国式现代化。
The proposal of educators’spirit represents a higher requirement put forward by the Party and the country for education from the perspective of Chinese-style modernization.That educators’spirit empowers Chinese-style modernization is not only the inherent demand of human modernization,but also the essential mission of advancing educational modernization with Chinese characteristics,and even more the inherent implication of building an innovation-oriented country.It bears triple guiding values in terms of reality,discourse,and spirit,and thus requires stimulating the triple driving forces of dignity,ethics,and wisdom among teachers,so as to promote educators’spirit to better empower Chinese-style modernization.
