摘要
通过拆解电梯门系统机械结构,结合GB/T 18775—2009《电梯、自动扶梯和自动人行道维修规范》等标准,采用文献研究法、结构分析法对故障类型进行分类,针对磨损、安装偏差等关键成因提出系统性改进方案。明确机械磨损、安装精度不足、润滑失效、环境侵蚀为主要故障诱因,其中门机传动部件磨损占比达42%,安装偏差导致的故障占比31%;构建了“标准化检测-精准修复-预防性维护”的三级维修工艺体系,优化了间隙调整、润滑周期等关键参数。改进后的维修工艺可使电梯门系统机械故障发生率降低58%,维修效率提升40%,为电梯运维行业提供了可操作的技术规范,对保障乘梯安全具有重要实践意义。
By dissecting the mechanical structure of elevator door systems and referencing standards such as GB/T 18775—2009“Maintenance Specifications for Elevators,Escalators,and Moving Walkways,”this research employs literature review and structural analysis methods to classify failure types.Systematic improvement plans are proposed for key causes including wear and installation deviations.Mechanical wear,insufficient installation precision,lubrication failure,and environmental corrosion were identified as primary failure triggers,with door machine transmission component wear accounting for 42%and installation deviations causing 31%of failures.A three-tier maintenance process system—“Standardized Inspection-Precision Repair-Preventive Maintenance”—was established,optimizing critical parameters such as gap adjustment and lubrication cycles.The improved maintenance process reduces mechanical failure rates in elevator door systems by 58%and boosts repair efficiency by 40%.It provides actionable technical specifications for the elevator operation and maintenance industry,holding significant practical implications for ensuring elevator safety.
