摘要
1000 kV特高压单回交流输电线路具有对地距离大、杆塔高的特点。为满足机场限高要求,提出单回路轻冰区耐张塔选用酒杯塔型式方案。以某1000 kV线路工程为例,基于塔头外形布置和设计,得到合理的地线支架高度取值。通过分析塔身瓶口尺寸、坡度取值等因素,得到优化后的杆塔单重和造价指标,并与常规干字型耐张塔进行比较。研究结果表明,酒杯耐张塔具有工程适用性,可代替常规干字型耐张塔使用的边界条件,为限高区工程设计提供依据。
The clearance to ground and tower-height of 1000 kV UHV single-circuit AC transmission line is large;in order to meet the requirement of the airport height restriction,the Cup-type towers for single-circuit tension towers in light ice areas is proposed.Based on a 1000 kV transmission line project,the study first determines a reasonable value for the earthwire support height through the tower head configuration and design.Then,the optimized tower weight and cost indicator of the Cup-type tower are obtained by analyzing the influencing factors such as tower body-gap sizes and slope values,and a comparison is made with conventional Gan-type tension towers;Finally,the engineering applicability of Cup-type tension towers is researched,and the boundary conditions for the potential replacement of conventional Gan-type tension towers are suggested,which provides a basis for the subsequent project design of the height restriction areas.
