室内成型试件与现场施工路面宏观纹理的相关性分析

摘要 为确定适合室内长期磨耗试验的沥青混合料室内成型方式,本文主要通过室内成型试件的三维宏观纹理与现场施工路面的三维宏观纹理相对比,采用摄影测量技术,获取了现场压实路面和室内成型的试件的三维纹理数据,计算相关的特征参数来比较现场压实路面三维宏观纹理与在不同方式、不同压实度下室内成型的试件宏观纹理。结果显示:与马歇尔击实仪和旋转压实仪相比,轮碾仪成型的试件与现场压实路面的三维模型具有较明显的相似性,其中97%压实度的车辙板的三维纹理和伪色视图都与现场压实路面较为相似。因此,室内长期磨耗实验可选用轮碾仪成型97%压实度的车辙板来进行。 In order to suit the indoor molding method for the indoor long-term abrasion test,this paper mainly compares the threedimensional macro-texture of the indoor molded specimen with that of the on-site constructed pavement,adopts photogrammetric technology to obtain the three-dimensional texture data of the on-site compacted pavement and the indoor molded specimen,and calculates the relevant characteristic parameters to compare the three-dimensional macro-texture of the on-site compacted pavement with the three-dimensional macro-texture of the on-site molded specimen in different ways and at different degrees of compaction.The results show that,compared with Marshall's compaction,the three-dimensional texture of the pavement is the same as that of the indoor molded specimens.The results show that compared with the Marshall compactor and rotary compactor,the specimens molded by wheel mill have more obvious similarity with the 3D model of field-compacted pavement,in which the 3D texture and pseudo-color view of rutted slabs with 97% of compaction degree are more similar to the field-compacted pavement.Therefore,the rutted plate with 97% compaction molded by wheel mill can be used for the indoor long-term abrasion experiment.
