摘要
动车运用所内登车梯的主要功能是解决工作人员与动车组之间的高度差问题,方便司机上下车以及检修人员进行车辆检查、维护和保养等作业,确保作业人员能够安全、便捷地进出动车组。目前国内高铁加速推动站台配套设备升级,国铁集团规划2025年高铁里程达5万公里,这将带动登车梯等配套设备的需求增长。针对当前登车梯的研究现状,结合动车运用所车辆检修维护作业的实际情况,本文将介绍近年来国内外在登车梯研究方面取得的最新进展与研究成果,对动车运用所内常用的固定式登车梯的工艺技术要求进行分析,探讨固定式登车梯尺寸及布置位置对实际运用的影响,并重点分析车型条件、编组方式及曲线段等不同因素条件下对固定式登车梯布置方式的影响。
The main function of the boarding ladder in the EMU depot is to solve the height difference problem between the staff and the EMU,facilitating the driver's boarding and alighting as well as the inspection,maintenance and servicing operations of the maintenance personnel,ensuring that the staff can safely and conveniently enter and exit the EMU.Currently,China's high-speed rail is accelerating the upgrading of the platform supporting equipment.The China State Railway Group plans to reach 50,000 kilometers of high-speed rail mileage by 2025,which will drive the demand growth for boarding ladders and other supporting equipment.In view of the current research status of boarding ladders and the actual situation of vehicle maintenance and servicing operations in the EMU depot,this paper will introduce the latest progress and research results in the field of boarding ladder research at home and abroad in recent years,analyze the technical requirements of the commonly used fixed boarding ladders in the EMU depot,discuss the impact of the size and layout position of the fixed boarding ladder on actual application,and focus on analyzing the influence of different factors such as vehicle type conditions,formation methods and curve sections on the layout method of the fixed boarding ladder.
