摘要
基于益湛铁路益阳至娄底段电气化改造工程的工程设计情况,分析既有铁路改建工程对生态环境和周边居民的影响,阐述既有铁路在实施电气化改造过程中的环保设计理念与方法,包括但不限于保护水资源和水体环境、维护生态敏感区完整性、控制水土流失、降低噪声和振动影响等方面,得出以下结论:通过对既有铁路进行环保设计优化,不仅可以有效减轻工程建设及运营期间对自然和社会环境造成的不利影响,还能显著提升项目的可持续发展能力。本文旨在为其他同类型既有铁路电气化改造工程的环保设计提供基础理论依据和实践参考。
Based on the engineering design of the Yizhan Railway's Yiyang to Loudi section electrification renovation project,this paper analyzes the impact of existing railway reconstruction projects on the ecological environment and surrounding residents.It elaborates on the environmental protection design philosophy and methods implemented during the electrification renovation of existing railways,which include but are not limited to protecting water resources and aquatic environments,maintaining the integrity of ecologically sensitive areas,controlling soil erosion,and mitigating noise and vibration effects.The conclusions drawn indicate that through optimized environmental protection design for existing railways,it is not only possible to effectively reduce adverse impacts on the natural and social environments during both construction and operation phases,but also significantly enhance the project's capacity for sustainable development.This article aims to provide a foundational theoretical basis and practical reference for environmental protection design in other similar existing railway electrification renovation projects.
