摘要
高校食堂就餐密集、供餐集中,是诺如病毒聚集性感染高风险场所。本文围绕污染链阻断需求构建全链条研究框架,通过流行病学分析、污染源追踪明确传播规律,识别4个核心关键控制点,验证物理-化学组合消毒技术,建立“技术+制度+动态评估”一体化阻断体系。该体系实现病毒污染率降84.6%、疫情发生率为0,成本效益比1∶1.59,为高校食堂诺如病毒精准防控提供科学依据与实操方案。
University canteens,with dense dining and centralized catering,are high-risk areas for clustered Norovirus infections.Focusing on the need to block pollution chains,this paper constructs a full-chain research framework.Through epidemiological analysis and pollution source tracking,it clarifies transmission rules,identifies 4 core key control points,verifies physical-chemical combined disinfection technology,and establishes an integrated blocking system of"technology+system+dynamic evaluation".The system reduces Norovirus pollution rate by 84.6%,brings infection incidence to 0,and achieves a cost-benefit ratio of 1∶1.59,providing scientific basis and practical schemes for precision prevention and control of Norovirus in university canteens.
