摘要
本文采用简单的品红-亚硫酸分光光度法对市售的3种酒样中的甲醇进行检测,通过测定样品中甲醇的吸光度,根据吸光度与溶液浓度的关系计算白酒中甲醇的含量。该测定方法简单,用于部分市售白酒中甲醇含量的测定具有较好的结果。
In this paper,a simple magenta-sulfite spectrophotometric method was adopted to detect methanol in three commercially available Baijiu samples.By measuring the absorbance of methanol in the samples,the content of methanol in the Baijiu was calculated based on the relationship between absorbance and solution concentration.This determination method is simple and has achieved good results when applied to the determination of methanol content in some commercially available Baijiu.
