粮食作物中重金属含量的多组分同步检测技术

摘要 粮食作物的重金属污染问题日益受到关注,镉、铬、铅、汞、砷等元素的超标情况已严重威胁食品安全。本文结合国家相关标准,重点介绍对水稻、玉米、小麦、马铃薯等主要粮食作物进行样品抽样、制样与重金属含量检测的技术方法,聚焦石墨炉原子吸收光谱法与原子荧光分光法的实际应用,旨在提高粮食品质监测效率,确保食品安全。 The issue of heavy metal pollution in food crops has drawn increasing attention.The excessive levels of elements such as cadmium,chromium,lead,mercury,and arsenic have seriously threatened food safety.This paper,in line with relevant national standards,focuses on introducing the technical methods for sampling,sample preparation,and heavy metal content detection of major food crops such as rice,corn,wheat,and potatoes.It highlights the practical application of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry,aiming to enhance the efficiency of food quality monitoring and ensure food safety.
