蜂花粉破壁前后稀土元素含量分析

摘要 为探究蜂花粉破壁前后及破壁条件对稀土元素含量的影响,本研究通过建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,对云南蜂花粉中16种稀土元素进行测定。结果表明,蜂花粉破壁后的稀土元素含量均比破壁前的含量高,其中-18℃下物理破壁的蜂花粉稀土元素总量是原样的1.9倍,室温物理破壁是原样的3.2倍,室温物理破壁的蜂花粉稀土元素总量比-18℃下物理破壁有所提高。 To explore the influence of bee pollen wall breaking before and after and the conditions of wall breaking on the content of rare earth elements,in this study,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method was established to determine 16 kinds of rare earth elements in Yunnan bee pollen.The results show that the content of rare earth elements in bee pollen after cell wall breaking is higher than that before cell wall breaking.Among them,the total amount of rare earth elements in bee pollen physically broken at-18℃is 1.9 times that of the original sample,and that in bee pollen physically broken at room temperature is 3.2 times that of the original sample.The total amount of rare earth elements in bee pollen physically broken at room temperature is higher than that in bee pollen physically broken at-18℃.
