摘要
设计高效且经济的析氧反应(OER)电催化剂是当前电解水领域亟待解决的核心问题。本研究制备了一种原位生长于泡沫镍(NF)表面的Cr掺杂NiCo LDH(Cr-NiCo LDH)复合材料,其是由纳米线阵列组装形成的多级结构,有利于暴露更多的活性位点;Cr掺杂有助于NiCo LDH的近表面形成高价态离子(三价钴离子和三价镍离子),可以促进OER过程。其中,Cr-NiCo LDH-120/NF表现出最好的OER性能,在10和100 mA·cm^(-2)下的过电位分别为273和329 mV,Tafel斜率为59.83 mV·dec^(-1),并具有超过48 h的稳定性。本工作为开发高效的非贵金属电催化剂提供了新的思路。
A central topic in electrocatalysis is the development of an efficient and cost-effective electrocatalyst for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,we developed a Cr-doped NiCo LDH(Cr-NiCo LDH)nanocomposites on nickel foam(NF).The resultant nanohybrid exhibits a hierarchical structure composed of numerous nanowires which facilitates the exposure of a large number of reactive sites.Cr doping benefits for the formation of high-valence ions(Co^(3+)and Ni^(3+))near the surface of the electrocatalyst.The Cr-NiCo LDH-120/NF electrocatalyst presents the outstanding OER performance,with the lowest overpotentials of 273 and 329 mV at current densities of 10 and 100 mA·cm^(-2)respectively,the smallest Tafel slope of 59.83 mV·dec^(-1),and a remarkable stability over 48 h.This work presents a new approach for rationally designing highly-efficient and non-noble metal electrocatalysts.
